ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS :
Upon arriving at the Salt Lake City International Airport , go directly to the baggage claim area where the ground transportation counter is located. Proceed directly to the ALL RESORT EXPRESS counter where our staff will instruct you where to meet your driver. Please check in at our desk prior to getting your luggage. (In Terminal #1, we are located near Baggage Carousel #1; In Terminal #2 - across from Carousel #6.)

MISSED ORIGINATION/CONNECTING FLIGHTS:
In the event of weather delays or missed connections, please call 800-457-9457 so that we may reschedule accordingly.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS:
Pick up times from most Park City locations are 2.5 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure.  Be sure to note your pick up time during the reservation process.  Please have your luggage curbside prior to your scheduled pick up time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Individual reservation cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your original pickup time and are subject to a 20% booking fee. Individual reservation cancellations received within 24 hours of your reservation are non-refundable. Event Shuttle cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of the event. Shuttles cancelled within 72 hours of the start time will be charged the full amount contracted.
